You can cancel your Property Agent Ledger subscription at any time. Here is exactly how it works.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. There are no cancellation fees.
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you keep full use of the Service until then. After that, your subscription simply ends; you are not charged again.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at thepropertyagentledger@gmail.com and we will review your case.
We recommend exporting your data before your access ends — use the export tools in Reports and the Ledger (CSV). If your subscription ends, your account becomes read-only so you can view and export your data. You can ask us to export or permanently delete your data at any time by emailing thepropertyagentledger@gmail.com.
