Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Property Agent Ledger subscription at any time. Here is exactly how it works.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. There are no cancellation fees.

2. What Happens After You Cancel

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you keep full use of the Service until then. After that, your subscription simply ends; you are not charged again.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@thepropertyagentledger.com and we will review your case.

4. Your Data

We recommend exporting your data before your access ends — use the export tools in Reports and the Ledger (CSV). You may also request an export or account deletion at support@thepropertyagentledger.com within 30 days of cancellation.
