Do you charge per agent in a brokerage plan?

Small Brokerage and Large Brokerage plans include up to 10 or 100 agents at the listed price. There are no per-agent add-on fees within those limits.

Who owns my data?

You own your client, transaction, commission, and expense data. We host it securely and only access it when required to provide support or comply with law.

Can brokers see agent data?

Brokerage owners get read-only oversight of transactions, commissions, and compliance for agents in their brokerage, plus tools to manage invites and caps. Agents keep their own workspace for leads, clients, and personal expenses.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before being charged. After the trial, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@thepropertyagentledger.com and we will review your case.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees, and no refunds for partial billing periods.
